If you do not have a current portrait of your child, you can authorize NCMEC to request an electronic transmission your child’s Lifetouch portrait through a secure connection. Our service, free of charge, is available on a 24/7 basis.

Your permission and verification are required prior to portrait release as part of the SmileSafe Kids program’s key privacy safeguards.
